Synopsis
Quirky 16-year-old Rose loves flowers, animals, and mythical creatures. But when her older sister Dawn dies, she struggles to make sense of this sudden dose of reality. Her best connection to her sister is Dawn’s boyfriend David. Together the two of them begin the slow process of healing and acceptance.

Bio
Bruce is a writer/director/producer. His work centers primarily on female protagonists
in their quests for self-discovery. Formally and stylistically, his films exist at the confluence of art and indie cinema. His short films have played at festivals across the U.S. He is also a professor of film and the coordinator of the Film Program at the University of Central Arkansas.
